As a Senior Project Manager, David manages the sustainability certification process for projects pursing Enterprise Green Communities (EGC), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), the National Green Building Standard (NGBS), ENERGY STAR for homes, and ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction. David has previous experience working on residential multifamily green certifications as well as identifying and monitoring commercial and industrial energy efficiency measures while at the University of Illinois’ Smart Energy Design Assistance Center (SEDAC). Before pursuing his graduate degree, David worked on wind turbine projects testing and documenting that quality was assured on sites throughout the country. In his spare time, David likes to hike, play guitar, watch sports, and enjoy a good meal.
