As the Director of HR and Accounting, Lee manages all of Sol’s office and administration needs including human resources, accounting, IT, and inventory. He also registers projects, delivers certifications to clients, and provides unparalleled service to both Sol clients and his fellow team members. Lee is proud of the fact that Sol works out of a LEED Platinum building that they designed and certified. He believes it’s just one example of how Sol is actively living their mission to make the world a better place, starting with their own Pendleton neighborhood. In his free time, Lee is an artist, writer, and sometimes musician.
