Sol Participates in IA Zero Etxebizitza Initiative

Miriam Martinez, Project Coordinator in Sol's Spain office, is participating in the IA Zero Etxebizita initative.

The IA ZERO ETXEBIZITZA project is an initiative of the Basque Professional Association of Energy Managers (APROBASGE) and aims to promote a comprehensive and advanced energy management model for residential buildings and their transformation into ECCN (Nearly Zero Energy Buildings). The initiative involves property managers and maintenance companies as essential agents for this change due to their link with the owners and the operational management of the buildings, their facilities and their energy supplies. The aim is to develop an Advanced Management System for the Operations & Management Phase of the life cycle of a residential building.

The project is based on the creation of a methodology and tools that allow the realization of a diagnosis of the starting point, the generation of a transformation itinerary and the development of systems or processes that allow an efficient and integral management of all the aspects related to energy, comfort and habitability in the ECCN buildings.
