Sol Wins Cincinnati Preservation Award

Sol's offices in downtown Cincinnati won the 2021 Cincinnati Preservation Award for sustainable historic preservation. Each year, CPA’s Preservation Awards recognize outstanding accomplishments in local preservation activities. This was the first year that CPA recognized a project with exceptional sustainability performance.

Sol's Pendleton offices incorporate numerous energy efficiency upgrades while also meeting historic preservation requirements. The mixed-use building, incorporating both apartments and offices, earned LEED Platinum certification, and also incorporates several features from the WELL Building Standard.
